TUCSON YOUTH FOOTBALL AND SPIRIT FEDERATION

TYFSF is a family organization going strong since 1969 and still going!

We take pride in our Athletes. We are proud to be known as a league that awards Student scholars for their Academic achievements as well as their achievements on the field or mat.

we are about keeping kids safe, our coaches and staff for both Cheer and Football are required to attend Coaches clinics and be CPR/AED certified.

We hold people accountable fo r wrong doings. We make sure all kids get their fair play time.

We are a 501c3, and have been for 55 years, our associations also have their own tax ID# and run and run their associations however they want and charge what ever they want. They are free to get sponsorships for their organizations.

As much as we do try to get all organizations in one place on game days it’s not always possible.

When it comes to decistions and/or changes the presidents have the majority vote. Like when the vote came to play SDAYF, they presidents voted not to play them so TYFSF went with their wishes.

Yes,TYFSF does charge organizations $50 (flag) & $55 (Tackle and Cheer) to pay for referees, insurance, trophies, medals, scholastic awards and scholastic banquet. Also for fields when needed.

Our cheer program has a city cheer competition every year with YCADA certified judges.
